StreamNEST IPTV sells digital Internet-TV (IPTV) subscriptions. A subscription gives access to the service for the chosen period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) on the number of connections stated in the order. The features of each plan are described on the plans page.
Prices are shown in the currency chosen by the customer; the final amount is confirmed before payment. Payment is due when ordering, with one of the methods offered. An order is processed only after the payment is confirmed.
Once payment is confirmed, the access details are sent by e-mail and shown on the order tracking page / "My account", usually within a few minutes. The customer must provide a valid e-mail address.
The service is digital content supplied immediately: a customer who asks for immediate activation acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has started, to the extent allowed by the applicable law. This clause does not limit the refund policy below.

The subscription is personal. The customer does not use more simultaneous connections than ordered and does not resell or share the access. In case of abuse the access may be suspended without refund.
We work to provide a stable service but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed (maintenance, supplier incidents, the customer's Internet connection). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the period concerned, to the extent allowed by law.
